Life can feel lonely and overwhelming in the midst of struggle. Shame can keep us stuck, isolated, and away from connection. Overwhelming thoughts and feelings can be difficult to manage and make sense of. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, other difficulties, or you are navigating a challenge, conflict, or decision, there is hope when we can connect with an attuned other. Your story and the adaptive ways that you have used to survive painful experiences will be honoured. Your body is wise and your emotions are powerful messengers that provide much insight.
I believe that we all possess an innate capacity to heal. You will be met with compassion, curiousity, and non-judgement. My work is experiential and emotions-focused. As I journey alongside you, together we will help you process previously feared and avoided emotions, helping you to tap into your own healing resources and capacity.
